IMPORTANT NOTICE: We will be closely monitoring conditions throughout the day tomorrow due to the Extreme Fire Rating in our area and may need to close early. All patients with appointments will be notified should the situation arise.

If the warning levels are elevated to Catastrophic overnight or at any point tomorrow Kallista Medical Centre will close immediately in order to ensure our staff and community remain safe.

We encourage everyone to consider their fire safety plans and stay cool and well hydrated. Stay safe!

Kallista Medical Centre will be closed over the Christmas holidays from Wednesday 24th December until Monday 29th December. We wish all of our patients a happy and healthy Christmas break!

Please Note: Monbulk and Selby clinics are still open on Wednesday 24th December. For medical appointments on this day please contact them or book online via their websites.

⚠️ The results are in! ⚠️
After receiving close to 100 responses to our recent patient feedback surveys we can now reveal our lowest scoring areas and we want to make some improvements.

How will we improve?
✅ We will provide more information to patients around the privacy of their health record.
✅Our privacy policy will be available on our website and via a brochure in the waiting room.

We’re incredibly thankful to AusNet for awarding us an Energy Resilience Community Fund grant. This has enabled us to purchase a new backup power generator for Kallista Medical Centre. 💚

Protect yourselves, your family and our community by getting a flu vaccine this winter!

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE (GOVERNMENT FUNDED) FLU VACCINE?
💚Children aged between 6 months and 5 years.
💚Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 6 months+.
💚Adults aged 65 years+.
💚Pregnant women.
💚Individuals with certain medical conditions that increase the risk of severe flu.

ALL OTHER PATIENTS:
$17 vaccine fee applies.

Vaccinations can be booked ONLINE (adult vaccinations only) or via PHONE by calling the clinic during opening hours.
