At Jumpstart, we’re on a mission to make short-term holidays easier and more fun for people living with a disability. This provides both individuals, and their carers and families, a break from their daily routine. The aim of JumpStart is to make each short term holiday fun, interesting and empowering by tailor making each holiday for the individual.
