This week, a group of our amazing support team completed a full day of Ethical Response Safety Training. They walked away with practical strategies they can use immediately to create safer, calmer, more person‑centred support for the people they work with.

Our Care Fast Christmas celebration was a wonderful way to reflect on the year that’s been and celebrate the people who make it all possible.

From team fun at Hijinx Hotel to a lovely catered dinner, it was a night filled with connection and appreciation.

We’d also like to acknowledge our team members who were unable to attend due to work - you were missed and celebrated just the same, with a small token of thanks sent your way.
