Last week, our Melbourne Physio team rolled into a mobilisation workshop with Jianni, our Head of Clinical Excellence, for a session that was equal parts learning, experimenting, and a bit of friendly “try this instead” back-and-forth. 🙌

This is the kind of PD we’re about at Nimbus Health. Practical, collaborative, and never taken too seriously, but always focused on getting better for our clients.

Our Remedial Massage Team recently came together for a professional development session focused on introducing oncology massage - led by Philippa Shantz, an Oncology Massage Therapist and trainer at Melbourne Institute Of Massage and Myotherapy.

The session was insightful, practical, and full of valuable takeaways. From understanding the unique considerations involved in supporting clients undergoing cancer treatment, to learning how thoughtful, tailored care can make a real difference, it was a powerful reminder of how important ongoing education is in delivering safe, high-quality care. 🫶

At Nimbus Health, professional development is a big part of how we grow, not just as clinicians, but as a team. Sessions like these help us keep building our skills, sharing knowledge, and finding better ways to support the people we care for.

Our Melbourne crew recently jumped into a hands-on remedial massage workshop with Alex, our RMT Team Lead. Safe to say, Annie and Red were thrown straight into the action (the best way to learn 😉).
