🚨 WE’RE HIRING | RECEPTIONIST 🚨

Roulaana is growing and we’re looking for a warm, organised and professional Receptionist to join our Broadmeadows Central office.

As the first point of contact for our participants and families, this role is incredibly important. We’re seeking someone welcoming, compassionate, confident and community-focused.

✨ Your Responsibilities
• Greet participants and families warmly
• Answer phones and manage enquiries
• Manage staff rosters & appointments
• Assist with NDIS documentation & admin
• Maintain confidential records
• Support management with daily office tasks
• Liaise with support coordinators & families
• Monitor emails and organise onboarding documents
• Keep reception organised and presentable

📋 Requirements
✔️ NDIS knowledge
✔️ Reception/admin experience
✔️ Fluent in second language such as Aramaic, Assyrian, Arabic, or Turkish
✔️ Strong communication skills
✔️ Highly organised & detail-oriented
✔️ Confidential and professional
✔️ Confident with Microsoft Office & scheduling systems (Turnpoint)
✔️ Police Check & WWCC (or willing to obtain)
