I get it you’re busy. Let me show you some examples below of ways you can create micro moments for yourself even when your juggling it all 👇

In the morning, 1 minute YouTube meditation
At work, taking a break! If you’ve got time for a lap of the office or block great. If not go look out the window, intentionally, catch your breath!
At home, light a candle
In the car, apply hand cream

If you have time for joyful movement, nourishing meals, mindfulness. Awesome, go do it. If you don’t, try some of my under 60 second examples above.
