Our small-group classes have a maximum of 4 clients per class, allowing our instructors to closely monitor your movement and provide modifications tailored to your needs.

Back pain during pregnancy is common, but it doesn't have to be something you just put up with.

These four simple movements can help relieve tension and keep your spine mobile.

Seated thoracic extension opens the upper back and counteracts forward hunching, while seated thoracic rotation gently mobilises the mid-back.

Side-lying back articulation helps maintain movement through the spine without putting pressure on your belly, and neck mobilisation releases the tension that builds from postural changes.
