I’m going to let you know BJ Fogg’s breakthrough method from his Tiny Habits program. It is *drum roll* Habit Stacking! Habit Stacking is when you pair a new habit with an already existing one.

You "stack" the new behaviour you're trying to adopt onto a current behaviour in order to help you remember to do it.
Eg. Say you want to practise gratitude more often. Your habit stack could be: after I brush my teeth, I will say five things I’m grateful for.

To truly unlock the effects of behaviour change, you need to the habit part of your identity.

How do we make a habit part of our identity?
Instead of saying...

❌ I play guitar
✅ I am a musician

❌ I studied hard
✅ I am studious

❌ I exercise regularly
✅ I am an athlete

Changing the way we talk about ourselves will reinforce our habits!
