Fiachra Croí works with ancient Irish healing transmissions, living rituals, natures cycles and embodiment practices to create sacred space for healing between humans, the earth and spirit. Lara has founded Fiachra Croí to offer individual sessions and workshops focusing on three key aspects:

~Listening: Attuning to the guidance of our inner and outer worlds.

~Healing: Uses an ancient energy pro

cess, cellular healing, to dissolve old wounds and patterns that block us from expressing our unique nature in the world.

~Remembering: Reconnecting to our unique roots and ancient knowing, while re-kindling our inherit connection to the earth and spirit.
