I started making sourdough bread 🥖 during 2020 lockdown. Yesterday I learnt a few more tips from “Breadie Eddie” . Thanks again Eddie for a wonderfully hospitable afternoon. Eddie sells his breads at local Melbourne artisan retailers, or perhaps you’d like to get hands on and try his workshop.

Happy Sunday! Antoxidant kick with a Beet & Berries Chia Smoothie. Swipe right for the ingredients. Option 1 = only water as your liquid (my preferred). Option 2 = combination of water & almond milk or other milk of choice. Great option to use up a single over ripe banana ❤️.

Happy New Year 🥳! If you’re kicking off with a healthy start, this Blueberry Crush, is a summer winner.

Ingredients
* 3 cups frozen blackberries
* 1 cup ice
* ½ cup coconut milk (or water for lighter)
* 2 tablespoons lime juice

Method
Add all ingredients to your TM6 or favourite blender & purée till smooth. Garnish with blackberries & a sprig of mint.

Cookidoo Biryani Style Rice. Uses the TM6 Egg & Rice Modes. My colleagues highly recommended this & it didn’t disappoint in terms of flavour & makes a huge quantity. Hubby had a second serve & we still have a full Thermomix® Server full. Leftovers with enhanced flavours tomorrow.
