✨Arm balance workshop✨

Attention all yogis!

I’m running an arm balance workshop at UpDog Yoga on Sunday December 12th and I’d love to see you there 🙏🏼

If you love arm balances, challenging yourself and want to chase the feeling of flying this workshop is for you.

I’ll be breaking down poses such as:

🧘‍♀️Crow (Bakasana)
🧘‍♀️Side crow (Parsva Bakasana)
🧘‍♀️Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 and 2
🧘‍♀️Eight Angle Pose (Astavakrasana)
🧘‍♀️Handstand (Adho Muhka Vrksasana)

We will work into entering the balances, integrating these peak poses into flows and conditioning the body.

Mother nature is saying no for class tomorrow morning as its forecast to absolutely bucket down :( This weekend's class will be Sunday 3pm (the dry patch of the weekend)! Sorry for the late change but this is the nature of outdoor classes 😆
