I was one of the first to be trained in Spinal Synergy Therapy, and I have been working with this healing method for some time now.

Spinal Synergy Therapy is a holistic approach that works with both the physical body and the nervous system, with a strong focus on the spine. The spine is the main communication pathway between the brain and the rest of the body through the nervous system. When the spine is out of alignment or holding long-term tension, this communication can become disrupted, often contributing to chronic pain, stress, fatigue, and emotional imbalance.

This therapy gently combines spinal alignment with energy rebalancing.
