Today was my son's first day of kinder and it was an amazing morning!
However, once I told people about what I do (HypnoBirthing educator and doula) almost every single one suggested they wished they knew about this before they gave birth!
We often talk about how we spending months and huge amounts of money on our weddings, but for some reason becoming educated in birth doesn't seem to be a priority.
I beg everyone... please at least come to the free info session and learn what birth can look like ❤️

Free information session Tuesday 18th January 7pm with classes starting 1st February.
This course breaks down your illusions of birth and brings back the humanity and reality of what a truly amazing experience birth can be. It provides couples with techniques that allow you to be present, calm and aware for your birthing experience. It will prepare you mentally, emotionally and physically allowing both mother and her birthing companion to approach labour without fear allowing their delivery to be a positive and empowering experience.

With my last class just finishing up for the year I just wanted to say thank you! What a birthing year we've had! Every single birth has been beautiful and I've loved sharing all the moments. Looking forward to classes starting in 2022 at TLC Birth and Beyond in upper Ferntree gully! Dates of info sessions, courses and other bits coming next week. ❤️💓😘

Today is International Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. It’s a big day to hold in our hearts and minds. We are thinking of every one who has grieved the loss of their baby no matter at which stage in the process.
