Yalinguth is an award winning platform that shares stories about the important Aboriginal History of Gertrude Street via a self-guided walking tour audio app, as well as through the many guided tours and events they run throughout the year.

This year they are teaming up with Open House Melbourne to run a walking tour along iconic Gertrude Street and Seekers is proud to support this special event.

Gertrude Street is a hugely significant place for Aboriginal people. You’ll hear stories and sounds about the rights movement, Aboriginal organisations, Stolen Generations, finding family, and the love and strength of the Fitzroy community.

The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers emergency aeromedical services and essential primary health care to people living in rural, remote, and regional Australia. Founded in 1928, the RFDS operates a fleet of aircraft and health clinics to provide 24/7 emergency evacuations, GP and nurse clinics, dental care, mental health support, and telehealth services. Their mission is to ensure all Australians, regardless of location, have access to high-quality, comprehensive health care.
