W**d out any addictions, low self worth, stubbornness, overeating, and over accumulation. These weeds grow if we brush away or hide our ‘negative’ thoughts or emotions under the carpet. They then show up in the wrong place at the wrong time

One of the many Satvik foods that we will be talking about today is Cardamom 🍃



Next time when you make tea or coffee, add a pinch of Cardamom powder for aromatic flavour as well as its vast health benefits ☕️



Always buy Cardamom as a whole pod. Cardamom is rich in essential oils that naturally evaporate once opened. When picking Cardamom, always pick the green ones as green is the natural colour of fresh Cardamom 🌿



When you see Cardamom in any recipe or to simply add it to your favourite dishes, grind the Cardamom using a mortar and pestle. Additionally to receive the best of the Cardamom and all its benefits, grind it just before the food is prepared 🥣

I use and recommend ‘Food as medicine’ interventions to maintain good health, manage health issues, manage stress and often times to speed up healing ❤️‍🩹



What we eat has a profound effect on our physical as well as mental health 💕



On a healing journey ‘Food as medicine’ can be used as a complementary remedy alongside other remedies 🍎

With deliberate efforts ‘Food as medicine’ is an easy to integrate strategy.
