Sitting here finalising my keynote for a Breast Cancer Fundraiser next weekend… and I can’t help but reflect.
This week, I was also booked by a National company to deliver a wellness presentation on stress management for their staff.
And the timing feels… aligned.
Because cancer & chronic stress don’t just “happen” in isolation — they’re deeply connected to how we live, work, and connect (or don’t connect).
In business, we often glorify burnout. We wear stress like a badge of honour. But the truth is, stress impacts every cell in our body — and over time, it takes a toll we can’t afford to ignore.
We need connection. We need strong communities. We need spaces where we feel safe to be human — not just productive.
Because cancer and chronic stress don’t exist in a vacuum — they’re shaped by how we live, how we move, and how connected we feel to others.
At we’ve seen time and time again how powerful movement, music, and community can be. It’s more than just fitness — it’s therapy. It’s nervous system regulation. It’s connection.
Whether I’m in a school, on a stage, or in a boardroom — the mission stays the same: to help people feel good in their minds & bodies, to help them see their true potential & to remind them they’re never alone.
