With the focus on the breath during her sessions Katharina helps people improve their physical, mental & emotional well-being. She creates a safe space to guide people to re.connect with themselves. She is doing this by offering knowledge and applying teachings that have served her along her own healing journey. Her method is a unique blend of conscious connected breathwork, intuitive movement, sound & meditation. Katharina is a certified Sacred Breath Academy Breathwork facilitator, a Yogalap Breathwork Coach and a Reiki practitioner. She has been holding Breathwork sessions since 2021 and focuses on a more holistic approach to Breathwork - Yin approach to Breathwork with nose-inhales for activation of the parasymphatetic nervous system, safe space/container that allows permission to surrender and express your emotions fully as they arise, trauma-informed touch, longer Breathwork sessions, more time for integration & savasana.

In our fast-paced world, where stress and ‘busyness’ seem to have become the widely accepted ‘normal’, finding moments of peace and inner calm has become more essential than ever. This workshop invites you into a space of uncovering hidden truths, unlocking insight, and reprogramming from within - all aligned with the energy of the New Moon.

As the year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for being a part of SEEDS OF PRANA this year. Your trust and commitment have been a source of inspiration, and I am deeply honored to have accompanied you on your journey of growth and transformation.

Reflecting on 2024, it has been a year of profound moments. Together, we explored new depths through breathwork, embraced challenges with courage, and celebrated the triumphs that came from stepping into your authentic self. Whether it was during our group and corporate sessions, 1:1’s, festival workshops or during my group coaching program - each connection has left an permanent mark on my heart.

Your dedication to your own growth and well-being is truly remarkable, and it reminds me why I started this work. Watching you uncover your potential, release blockages, and align with your vision has been the highlight of my year. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey.

As we step into 2025, I am filled with excitement for the possibilities that lie ahead. This new year holds the promise of deeper healing, greater clarity, and the space to create a life that feels aligned and abundant. The idea of „letting something go“ often implies releasing attachment or moving on from a certain emotion, situation, or thought. To truly let go of something, it’s essential to acknowledge its presence in your life first. Here’s why:

1. Awareness: Before you can let something go, you need to be aware of its existence and its impact on you. Whether it’s a negative emotion, a past experience, or a particular thought pattern, acknowledging its presence is the first step toward dealing with it.

2. Acceptance: Acceptance is key to letting go. By allowing something to enter your awareness, you’re also accepting its reality. Denial or avoidance only prolongs the process of letting go. Acceptance doesn’t necessarily mean approval; it means acknowledging what is without resistance.

3. Understanding: Understanding the nature of what you’re dealing with gives you insight into why it’s important to let it go. This understanding can come from introspection, self-reflection, or seeking guidance from others. Understanding often leads to compassion, both for yourself and for others involved.

4. Processing: Once you’ve let something in and accepted its presence, you can begin to process it. This might involve exploring your feelings, confronting any discomfort or pain associated with it, and finding healthy ways to cope or resolve it.

5. Release: After going through the previous steps, you’re in a better position to release whatever it is you’re holding onto. This release might happen gradually or suddenly, depending on the nature of what you’re letting go of.
