THE 6 HUMAN NEEDS
Are fundamental to our life satisfaction and include:

1️⃣ Love & Connection
If we do not love and connect with ourselves first, looking for this outside will always lead us back to feelings of lack and heartache.

2️⃣ Variety
Discovering new places, people, learning, foods keeps us in a curious mode which has a positive impact on dopamine levels & happiness.

3️⃣ Significance
Who we are and what we do in our lives to make a difference, derive value and give back to the world increases our significance. This comes from within, not external.

4️⃣ Certainty
We crave certainty from the reliability of a daily routine to the confidence to pay the bills, have food on the table, to a safe place to sleep.

5️⃣ Growth
One of the most powerful aspects. Growth includes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual as simple as learning a new language, growing herbs, reading a book, discovering a new space, a new social group, a new recipe, or meditation.

❇️ 3 STEPS TO BEHAVIOR CHANGE
Behaviours are responses you have learned over time that have created an automatic blueprint response. Negative behaviours are linked to your emotions such as stress, anxiety, anger, and past trauma where you access that automatic blueprint response with no time to control it and are left feeling shame or guilt. The good news is it can be changed, much like learning a new behaviour we can also unlearn an old behaviour.

1️⃣ Awareness/Acceptance - that the behaviour is not benefiting you + you have the willingness to change.
2️⃣ Identifying Triggers - the environments, the words, the feelings, people or situations
3️⃣ Emotional Regulation - how to remove yourself and regulate your emotions through breathwork, hypnosis or meditation

Therefore, considering where and who we spend our time with can make a positive change in your life.
