No nuts, no fuss – just delicious, homemade goodness! šŸ˜ Try these No-Bake Oat Bars for an easy school snack:

šŸ„„ Ingredients:
• ½ cup maple syrup/honey
• ½ cup seed butter (tahini/sunflower)
• ¼ cup oat flour
• 2 ½ cups rolled oats
• ā…“ cup sunflower & pumpkin seeds
• ½ cup dried blueberries
• 2 tbsp cacao nibs/choc chips (optional)

šŸ“ Instructions:
1ļøāƒ£ Mix maple syrup & seed butter until smooth.
2ļøāƒ£ Stir in oat flour & salt.
3ļøāƒ£ Add oats, seeds, berries & cacao nibs. Mix well.
