If a couple have been trying for twelve months, their chance to conceive next month is 10%. ⁣

S*x shouldn't become a chore when you're trying to concieve.

Yes, you need to have in*******se three times a week between days 8 and 16 in your cycle but try and keep some spontaneity and fun in it if you can!

An ideal cycle of 28 days, most women will ovulate around Day 12-14. To maximise the chances to conceive, you should have in*******se three or more times a week from Day 8 through to Day 16 of the cycle. ⁣
⁣
However, you should be as spontaneous as possible with your s*xual activity as you don’t want to make it a chore that will then upset your relationship!⁣
