How do you speak to yourself? I hope itโs kindly ๐โฎ๏ธ๐๐ผ
In Buddhism, speech is not taken lightly.
It is part of the Noble Eightfold Path โ Right Speech.
Why? Because words shape the mind, and the mind shapes reality.
๐ง Your mind believes what you repeatedly tell it.
Every sentence you speak is a seed planted in consciousness.
When you keep saying:
โ โIโm tired.โ
โ โIโm broke.โ
โ โIโm stuck.โ
You are not just describing your condition โ
you are training your mind to cling to suffering (dukkha).
Buddhism teaches that suffering is fueled by repetition, identification, and attachment.
The moment you say โI am thisโ, you start becoming it.
โจ So change the language. Change the direction.
Start saying:
โ
โIโm learning.โ โ because wisdom arises from awareness.
โ
โIโm building.โ โ because effort (Right Effort) creates transformation.
โ
โIโm becoming unstoppable.โ โ because discipline weakens ignorance.
These are not lies.
They are skillful intentions.
๐ฑ Every word you speak is karma in motion.
Speech creates mental habits.
Mental habits shape actions.
Actions shape destiny.
Speak defeat โ and the mind contracts.
Speak clarity โ and the mind steadies.
Speak strength โ and the mind rises.
๐ชท You are not โjust talking.โ
You are conditioning your consciousness.
You are either feeding ignoranceโฆ
or cultivating wisdom.
As the Buddha taught:
> โMind precedes all things. Mind is their chief; they are all mind-made.โ
๐ Choose your words as you would choose your path.
Because what you say today
becomes how you think tomorrow
and how you live thereafter.
โจ Choose your magic wisely. โจ
Not loudly.
Not aggressively.
But mindfully, gently, truthfully.
๐งโโ๏ธ Speak less suffering.
๐ผ Speak more awareness.
๐ฅ Speak the life you wish to awaken.
