About the role
Join Amicare Therapy as a Part-time Home visit Massage Therapist based in Braybrook, VIC and North West Melbourne area. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality therapeutic massage services to clients in the comfort of their own homes or residential facilities. As a home visit therapist, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work hours that suit your lifestyle. Seeing four to five clients per shift of six hours. With the fifth client, you will get bonus of 1.5 hour wage rate ($60 approx.). Work days are from Monday to Friday. Entitle for superannuation 11%, sick leave, annual leave and others. Stable income for long term growing carer in the allied health care, community industry.
What you'll be doing
Travel to client locations and provide therapeutic massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, and remedial massages
Consult with clients to understand their needs and tailor treatments accordingly
Maintain detailed client records and treatment notes
Ensure a high standard of hygiene and professionalism at all times
Liaise with the Amicare Therapy team to coordinate bookings and logistics
What we're looking for
Diploma of remedial massage therapy or equivalent qualification
Experienced preferred however new graduates are also welcomed to apply
Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised, and high-quality care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Police check, WWCC
First aid and CPR certificate
Membership of Massage/Myotherapy association
Any further qualifications is the subject of increasing pay rate
