Hello, my fabulous kings and queens!

If you’ve been following along for a while, you may have noticed a big change in my rebrand—woo hoo! I’m so proud of it, and it’s been a long time coming.

For those of you who are new here, I’m Lucy, your Breathwork Genie. I’ve been in the healing space for 7 years, and my mission is to guide you back home to yourself, helping you redesign your self-concept and manifest your dreams into reality.

We achieve this through mindset exercises, breathwork, and inner child healing. I incorporate techniques inspired by Gabor Maté’s famous inner child healing to achieve lasting results. I specialize in working with those dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, childhood trauma, and complex PTSD.

There are many ways to work with me, but I focus on 1:1 sessions and in-person events. This work is my absolute passion, and I literally live and breathe it.

When you begin to choose your thoughts and discipline your inner dialogue, not only does your mind feel clear and positive, but your body is also able to enter a deep state of rest. Your nervous system stops reacting to the negative stories and fearful thought patterns. Knowing where to start can feel daunting and maybe even overwhelming, but don’t worry, baby, I got you. I am the queen of this inner work. I’ve completely transformed my inner world and, in turn, my outer world by simply using tools to redesign my inner dialogue and self-concept.

WHAT DO YOU TELL YOUR INNER CHILD WHEN YOU ARE TRIGGED?

Do you know when your inner child is triggered? It’s usually pretty obvious it’s super important that we stay connected to our inner child. When you lose conscious awareness of your inner child, you lose conscious awareness of a part of yourself. In turn, you may experience difficulty regulating your emotions and act from a regressed state when upset or high can look very bratty and over the top.

How do you soothe your inner child when he/she is hurting or seeking your attention?
Are you feeding him/her the same story of that you are a victim it’s not fair blah blah? Or are you using kind words to soothe your inner child?
The language you use to speak to yourself is so IMPORTANT!! I cannot stress this enough.

Stop speaking to yourself like you are a piece of sh*t!!!
My self concept use to be soooo toxic this image represents the story I fed myself for years! Beliefs I took on from people around me growing up and negative beliefs I just made up myself!
How you speak to yourself matters, if you feed yourself a toxic narrative guess what your life is going to represent just that. A thought is a frequency and the universe just responds to that. So great news if you can control your life by your thoughts you can live the life you soooo badly desire, but you need to choose it yes it’s that simple choosing which thoughts which words and which stories you tell yourself.

I often get asked, “What happens in a session?” My answer is always the same: no two sessions are alike. Some people have a loud and visceral response, while others find the experience extremely sedating and calming. I always tell my clients that the depth of their journey and transformation is entirely up to them. I am just a guide, here to hold space and nurture their experience.

Wow what an epic and life changing event for all involved. Whilst I speak on death and rebirth or transformational Breathwork, it’s not just my clients or the women who attend my event that go through this process. I never leave a client session or event the same. And this makes my mission, my purpose all the much sweeter, I’m forever growing and learning from the people who come into my world and experience such transformation.
