ACT is something I come back to a lot in my practice. We don’t try to get rid of thoughts or “fix” how you feel — we make space for it, understand it, and keep moving in a way that actually feels right for you. It’s about learning how to not get so caught up in your mind, and instead reconnect with what matters.

In sessions, that looks like slowing things down, noticing patterns, and taking small steps that align with who you want to be. Not perfect, not all at once — just real, doable change that builds over time.
