Anxiety. Anxiety can be quite a debilitating disorder. But fortunately it is treatable. Effective options may include: CBT, psychodynamic therapy. Some useful steps you can take include: journaling your feelings, get enough sleep, get out in nature, start knitting, take a warm bath, paint or draw, watch your caffeine and alcohol intake are just to name a few.
