For over a decade, mindfulness has been my anchor through life’s storms and stillness. It grounds me, brings clarity, and reminds me to welcome what uplifts and release what weighs me down.
With over 20 years of experience as a coach, including 6 years in life coaching, and now as a counsellor and mindfulness practitioner, I offer a unique blend of presence, compassion, and practical wisdom to help you navigate life’s challenges, grow with intention, and live joyfully.
