We are still running our free online programs to improve wellbeing for cancer survivors after treatment!😁 Our CanCope Mind program is all about coping with difficult emotions after treatment (e.g., anxiety, sadness, frustration). And our CanCope Lifestyle program is all about living a balanced holistic life (e.g. engaging with regular physical activity, following a healthy/balanced diet, and healthy sleep). We realise that the cancer journey does not simply stop once treatment finishes!
