Just sharing that I have increased my private practice hours at Olympic Park Sports Medicine and Pinnacle Performance.

Find me on these days at the following times:
Monday 12-5pm
Tuesday 2:30-6:30pm
Wednesday 10:30-2:30pm and 3:00pm -7:00pm
Thursday 2:30-6:30pm
Friday 10:30-2:30pm
Saturday 9-1pm (fortnightly)

Offering both Face to face and Telehealth appointments.

Last night at Niccolo was something special 💫

I had the absolute pleasure of presenting my new recipe eBook Breakaway Bites – The Cycling Cook Book to an incredible group of cyclists, runners and triathletes!

We dove deep into all things fuelling, under-fuelling, and REDs—conversations that matter so much for performance and long-term health.

Huge thanks to everyone who came along, and brought such great energy.
