We are constantly searching for improvement or questioning how to move on. However, we may not be aware that we carry habits, stories, regrets, and emotions that weigh us down, and despite all our efforts, we feel we try and don’t get to where we wish we would like to be. What we don’t realise is that to be in an ideal place, we need to start by shifting our mindset, by becoming aware of the habits that don’t serve us anymore and opting for a new frame of mind.
