Have you done your breast self-check this month?🎀

Knowing your normal helps you spot changes early, and early detection could save your life. 💗

Some symptoms to look out for¹:
• A lump or swelling in your breast or underarm
• Changes in shape or size
• Skin dimpling or irritation
• Unusual or ongoing breast pain
• An indent

Remember to check all parts of your breast, your armpits, and up to your collarbone. If something doesn’t feel right, chat with your Pharmacist. Most changes aren’t cancer, but it’s always best to check.
