Pelvic Girdle Pain broke me.

For 12 months postpartum, I tried everything to “fix it”: exercise, eating well, physio appointments, keeping up socially.

But nothing worked. In fact, it made it worse.

The truth? My body didn’t need more doing. It needed more rest.

Once I finally stopped pushing, stopped performing, and allowed myself to pause, healing began.

✨ Rest is not weakness.
✨ Rest is medicine.
✨ Rest is what your body has been begging for.
