At The Social Confidence Collective, we stand in solidarity with our First Nations Communities.

January 26 is not a date to celebrate, it is a Day of Mourning for the Australian Indigenous communities.

Each year on this date, on the lands of the Wurundjeri People, we pause and reflect about how we can support First Nations Communities.

Thank you to Clothing The Gaps for sharing your insights about how we can support the Jan 26 campaign including this visual.

We’re excited to announce that we have some supervision openings available for 2026!

If you’re thinking about your supervision and learning needs for the year ahead, check out our website for more details about our experienced OTs.

This week marks 3 years since we launched our little biz! We’ve loved being able to support young people in our groups, as well as connect, supervise and mentor other clinicians.

Thanks to all who’ve helped us along the way.

Stay tuned for exciting things ahead in 2026, with a shift to a new location for our groups, lots of supervision sessions, training and amazing collabs ahead.

Today is International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD).

As Occupational Therapists, we're passionate about advocating for and supporting the rights of disabled people. At The Social Confidence Collective we strive each day to provide inclusive and diverse spaces for young people to engage in activities where they can feel safe and connected.

Throughout this week we'll be sharing content from the disabled community, including local events, helpful resources and ways you can help to make your community for inclusive for disabled people.

Movie Club is a regular social event for young people who want to build their social confidence and connectedness to go to the movies with others.
