Signed up to our platform is At Home Care in VIC, WA, and QLD! Read what At Home Care have to say about their supports:

“By choosing At Home Care for your in-home disability care services, you will receive flexible, tailored support options focused on enhancing your quality of life.

As a leading disability service provider, we coordinate a team whose goal is to maximise your independence and provide you with the freedom to live your life how you choose – home care in the most comfortable and unobtrusive manner.

As NDIS service providers, our mission is to provide tailored NDIS and private in-home care support options focused on enhancing the quality of life for people living with a disability. Some of the clients utilising At Home Care are largely independent and simply require assistance with low-level home care or community access. Other clients with more complex needs require high level care and our highly trained support workers and nursing team allow you to remain at home while being treated for ventilator, wound, and bowel and continence care for example, rather than having to visit your doctor or specialist in person.

Whatever you require, we are available to you 24/7.”

[REPOST] Wellness Wednesday! 🧠 This one is about putting thoughts on to paper or journaling! ✍️ Have you ever tried journaling before? Did you know it could help you feel less overwhelmed and experience less cognitive load (i.e. it can help reduce the stress on your working memory to focus on a task - if you're stressed about something, naturally you may not be able to focus on what to do next!)

We know it's not some magic solution to problems or concerns, and it may not help everyone or may not be for everyone! But it's definitely worth trying.

Determined to make a difference, Adam envisioned a better way to support individuals with disabilities—one that truly prioritized their needs and rights. This vision led him to establish Evergreen Support Services, a company built on this philosophy.”

Today's post is about daily intentions using a chosen word... Sometimes, all it takes is one word to guide your day with more purpose and presence!

Choose a word that reflects how you want to feel, show up, or move through the day. Let that word shape your mindset, choices, and energy.

Some examples are in the video, but some other ones could also be
• Focus – I give my attention to what truly counts.
• Strength – I honour my resilience and inner power.
• Balance – I create space for both rest and movement, work and play.
• Presence – I stay grounded in the here and now.
• Play – I give myself permission to be light-hearted and free.
• Surrender – I let go of what I can’t control and embrace what is.
• Courage – I take bold steps even when fear is present.
• Heal – I allow myself to feel, process, and mend.
• Breathe – I use my breath to return to myself.
• Enough – I release pressure and remind myself that I am already enough.
• Nourish – I fuel my body, mind, and heart with love and intention.
• Create – I express myself fully and freely.
• Wonder – I remain curious, open, and inspired by the world around me.

These are only more examples you could use, but feel free to choose any other words which make you feel good, and which you want to embody during the day!

📝 Once you’ve chosen your word, ask:
→ What small action aligns with this today?
→ How can I return to this word when the day feels off-track?

Drop your word in the comments! 💬👇Today, ours will be Balance. Being middle of the week, we are feeling the need to check in about our work-life balance. We will align with this today by making sure we take our lunch break on time, away from the desk, and also finish on time to spend time with loved ones!

How can we get back to this word if we're not feeling like we're on track? If we feel like we aren't going to get to eat our lunch on time, we will make sure to carve out that 30-minute break later on in the day and make it device free! There are plenty of ways to get back on track. Don't be too hard on yourself if you can't stay focused on the word.
