Pain means stop… right? Not always.
🔉🔉👇👇
In menopause, pain sensitivity rises due to changing hormonal profiles, but that doesn’t mean you’re broken or damaged.

The right strength training can rebuild confidence, strength, and freedom.

“You have Osteoporosis. Be careful. Don’t lift heavy……”

That’s what too many women hear after their diagnosis.
No wonder they feel fragile, scared to move, and unsure if exercise is even safe anymore.

But here’s the truth 👇
🦴 Bones are living, adaptable tissue.
They get stronger when you challenge them with load and impact - not when you avoid movement.
Research proves it: heavy, progressive strength training and safe impact work aren’t just safe for women with low bone density… they’re essential.

👉 The real danger isn’t lifting weights.
The real danger is avoiding them.

If you’ve just been told you have Osteoporosis, don’t shrink back - it’s time to rebuild.

📩 DM me STRONG BONES and I’ll send you our free guide to getting started with strength training safely and effectively.

“Why am I training so hard… but my belly fat keeps growing?”

If you’re in perimenopause or menopause, you’ve probably noticed the shift:

👉 Fat settling around your midsection

👉 Feeling like you’re still eating well, but gaining weight anyway

👉 Cardio sessions leaving you sweaty… but not leaner

Here’s why:

Menopause hormones accelerate muscle loss

Less muscle = slower metabolism

More cardio = even more muscle breakdown.

So even though you’re “working harder,” your body is burning less every day.

The solution? Heavy strength training. 💪
Because it doesn’t just burn calories during a session - it reshapes your body, boosts metabolism 24/7, and helps reverse hormone-driven belly fat storage.

Swipe to see the difference between cardio and heavy lifting - and why strength is your best fat-loss friend in midlife.

In mid-life and been told to stop doing X because of pain?

❌ “You’re too old to lift heavy.”
❌ “Stop doing squats - they’re bad for your knees.”
❌ “Stick to something safe, like walking.”

Sound familiar?

These well-meaning warnings are keeping too many midlife women stuck, weak, and scared of moving their own bodies.

I recently spoke with a woman who’d been avoiding her shoulder pain for years by cutting out every movement that felt risky.

Her workouts became a list of “don’ts.”
Over time, she lost muscle, strength, and confidence… and her fear of injury grew.

This is called the pain-avoidance cycle - and it’s a fast track to declining bone density, reduced mobility, and feeling fragile.

💡 But here’s the truth:
You’re not too old or too “broken” to train.
You don’t need to avoid - you need smarter strength training, progressive loading, and expert coaching to rebuild.

If your workouts keep shrinking and you’re ready to feel strong again:

📩 DM me REBUILD and let’s get your confidence back.

More crunches. More classes. More ‘burn.’
Still stuck with belly fat?
🤦

If you’re in perimenopause or menopause, you’ve probably noticed your body changing — especially around your midsection.

And no matter how many sit-ups, ‘core’ classes, or band circuits you do… nothing seems to shift it.

Here’s why:
👉 Hormones now decide where your body stores fat - not the exercises you pick.
👉 Spot reduction is a myth.
👉 “Toning” classes and endless reps won’t change your shape.

But there’s a smarter way.
A way to train your whole body, build strength, boost metabolism, and actually shift stubborn fat.

Swipe to see why chasing “the burn” doesn’t work in menopause - and what to do instead to shift belly fat..

“Just wear a weight vest and walk – it’ll protect your bones through menopause.”

Sounds simple, right?
But here’s the truth: walking (even with a vest) doesn’t create the forces your bones need to stay strong.

👉 Studies show walking alone has little to no effect on spine or total-body bone density, and only small, inconsistent benefits at the hip. Even trials where women wore a vest for hours every day found no prevention of bone loss.

So where does that leave us?

✅ Strength training and impact-based exercise are still the gold standard for bone health in menopause. That’s what creates the mechanical load bones respond to.

⚖️ Weight vests can be a useful tool – adding a little extra load to daily movement, or making bodyweight moves like squats and step-ups more challenging. But they’re not a magic fix.

💡 Takeaway:

Prioritise strength + impact training

Use a vest as a supplement, not a substitute

Don’t fall for gimmicks – bones need progressive load, not just more steps.

Strong bones aren’t built by trends, they’re built by training with purpose.

“I’m not a gym person.”

That’s what almost every one of our members said on day one.

They worried they weren’t strong enough.
They thought they wouldn’t enjoy it.
Some even felt like they didn’t belong in a gym at all.

But here’s the truth:
👉 Strength training isn’t about loving the gym.
👉 It’s about loving what it gives you outside of it.

More energy for work.
More freedom to play with your kids.
More confidence when you walk into a room.
A body that stays strong and capable as you get older.

And the best part?
Those same people who once said “the gym isn’t for me” now can’t imagine life without it.
They’re stronger, healthier, more confident, and setting goals they never dreamed of.

Swipe through to see why strength training matters more to you than you think…

“Is this just what getting older feels like?”
🤦
Aches in the morning.
Belly fat that won’t shift.
Out of breath on the stairs.
Clothes that don’t fit like they used to.

That’s what most people accept as normal in midlife.

But here’s the truth:
👉 You don’t have to lose muscle.
👉 You don’t have to slow down.
👉 You don’t have to live with aches, pains, or low energy.

Being fit after 40 looks completely different when you train the right way.

Swipe through to see what it really feels like…. and how to make it yours.

“Why am I so wiped out after workouts that are meant to give me energy?”
👇
You push through spin, circuits, or long runs…
But instead of feeling charged, you feel flat, drained, and reaching for another coffee.

Here’s why:
👉 In menopause, long cardio often spikes stress hormones
👉 That stress drains your energy batteries (mitochondria)
👉 The harder you push, the more exhausted you feel

But there’s a smarter way.
A way that actually builds your energy, not burns it out.

Swipe to see why Sprint Interval Training changes the game for midlife women. 🙌

Have you ever looked in the mirror and thought… ‘When did this happen?’

🤷‍♀️

The jeans that used to slide on feel snug.
The scale hasn’t moved much, but your shape has.

And no matter how clean you eat or how many classes you do… that stubborn fat won’t budge.

It’s not you. It’s not a lack of willpower.

Your body has changed—and the rules for fat loss have too.

Swipe to learn why strength training is now your #1 fat loss ally in perimenopause… and why light weights and endless cardio aren’t enough anymore.
