I used to stress about what the first 10 years of my career would look like.⁠

2008, fresh out of uni at 21, job prospects were grim, and the path forward felt uncertain.
Fast forward to today… and it blows my mind how far Injury Active has come. 

For any new grads feeling the same way I did, here are 3 things I wish I knew sooner:⁠

1 - Read and learn everything you can. Curiosity and growth will take you further than any title.⁠
2- Invest in yourself. Be the one who leads. 
3 - Obstacles = opportunities. Every challenge is a chance to level up.

When you see it that way, the fear fades.
