JOB AVAILABLE IN YOUTH JUSTICE
Do you want to make a real difference in saving lives in the youth sector? We have 25 positions available to work with youth in a juvenile facility.
LOCATION
30 mins north of Sunbury, comfortable accommodation available for 4 days on 4 days off 12 hour shifts. You can travel and stay in our very comfortable staff dwellings 5 mins from your job. Travel back for 4 days then travel up again.
Or for those who don't mind the travel, travel allowance will be given for those that live 110kms or further away... (basically anyone who lives as far as Werribee on the west side or Richmond on the east side).
PURPOSE
Working with at risk youth and making a difference for these kids in the system.. if we don't supply workers we don't have a chance to turn them around and if they aren't Aussie citizens then deportation is how the system deals with them. Families get torn apart and our purpose is to prevent that from happening.
REQUIREMENTS
Employee Working With Children check
Clean National & International (if not Aust citizen and been here less than 10yrs) Police check
First Aid Cert Level 2
Minimum cert 4 community services/youth work or similar... if you are not qualified, you must be willing to register for a course and be committed to completing the course within 6mths. We will employ you while you are enrolled.
