After being in practice for myself 15+ years I literally find it impossible to go anywhere locally without running into someone that knows me professionally...I get most of my business from word of mouth so it's always cool to hear about the little stories of when it all happens...
This person finally convinces their mum after someone else convinces them too! 😆

Sometimes you just need a good brain dump hey..
Sometimes you just need to de - brief..
Sometimes you just need to be heard and understood..
Sometimes you just need to have someone reframe things for you in a new perspective...
Sometimes you just need to have things explained with a fresh outside perspective and new ears and eyes..
Sometimes it helps to know things aren't exactly as you see them or feel them and perhaps there's other possibilities to what you're experiencing...
This was one of my sessions today...🙏
I often feel grateful I've had a previous life as a counselor....Though I think my wisdom alongside the counseling came well after counseling for 12 years lol....😄
it's happened with all the beautiful energy healing therapies I've learnt along the way...💜

With all the fire horse energy and early year astrology anilation messing us all around sideways, by now, may, you should be over the worst of it....But ...may is all redefining who we are at our core and what we want for our future years, choosing a focus of direction.

I've been seeing a lot of this within clinic with clients and I'm feeling it myself.
Between now and the end of may we've got a new moon and full moon to literally round out the month that we also started with a full moon!
May is a coming full circle month and everything in-between so if it's all coming up for you now, don't be shocked, lean into it..listen to where the wind is blowing you next!
