An Unforgettable Journey to the World’s Largest Human Gathering

I recently had the privilege of traveling to India for a three-day pilgrimage to the Kumbh Mela, the world’s largest human gathering. Imagine this: 140.4 million people—yes, that’s millions more than the most popular Taylor Swift concert—coming together in one place.

I can only describe this as organized chaos.

For someone like me, who thrives on logical, systems-based thinking, the entire experience challenged me to let go.

I wasn’t in control. And that surrender—both to the process and the energy around me—opened doors to moments of deep insight and unexpected beauty. Over those 72 hours, I found myself immersed in a whirlwind of humanity, faith, and a deeper connection to something beyond myself.

It was profound. Insightful. Liberating. A journey that will stay with me forever.
