At For Purpose Aged Care, we know that regular exercise is a vital part of healthy ageing and our residents are loving our activity programs. We offer a wide variety of daily exercise.

Options like chair yoga, Zumba, physio led exercises, seated soccer, balloon tennis and strength classes. Residents particularly enjoy morning walking group, whether it’s sunny or a crisp winter morning in VIC/NSW,
our residents love starting their day with fresh air, movement, and great company.

🇫🇷 Vive la France! Bastille Day Celebrations at Langwarrin Community Aged Care🇫🇷
Residents were transported to the heart of France today as we celebrated Bastille Day in true French style! 🥐☕️🇫🇷
We indulged in a French-themed morning tea, lunch, and dessert.

🧠 Residents tested their knowledge with French trivia, explored France using virtual reality, and enjoyed a Marie Antoinette documentary in our Documentary Club. The day ended with a classic French film screening in our theatre room – très magnifique!
A day full of culture, cuisine and connection 💙🤍❤️
