From 1 to 7 September, we’re celebrating Women’s Health Week across Victoria.
Each day shines a spotlight on a different area of women’s wellbeing—from heart health and mental care to listening to our bodies and valuing self-care.
It’s time to put yourself back on the priority list.
Whether it’s booking a screening, seeking help for pain, or tuning in to your mental health, you deserve that attention.
Daily Focus Highlights:
Monday 1 Sept – Every Check Matters: Take action—book your routine health screenings.
Tuesday 2 Sept – Take the Lead: Be proactive—prepare, ask questions, and advocate for your needs during appointments.
Wednesday 3 Sept – Heart Smart: Heart health matters—understand how your heart works uniquely and the steps to protect it.
Thursday 4 Sept – Pain to Power: Your pain is valid—don’t just endure it. Reach out for care and support.
Friday, 5 Sept – Be Kind to Your Mind: Mental Wellbeing Counts—Take Time to Nurture Your Mind as Much as Your Body.
