2026 is all about thinking outside the box and creating something in response to listening to and witnessing families and humans, so that life is full of many seasons of parenting and many significant transitions of being human.

How I want to nurture you in 2026 is using ALL my tools in my toolbox to provide a wide hug of support that includes the nurture and nourishment from my doula work, the practical and organisational support from my house cleaning and many years of hospitality management world, my passion for preparing and my lived experience of being a high sensory sensitive human and Mumma.

These new offerings have been created in reflection and response to listening to what people and families wanted, my desire to support outside of the early postpartum days and the passion for lifting people alongside them so they can carry on feeling more nurtured, a little less overwhelmed and overstimulated and doing so with laughter, lightness and joy.

So if you are a school Mumma or parent you will know that there are a LOT of events, date and tasks that you need to keep up to date with. For us these things are woven into the monthly newsletter. But so many parents don’t have time to keep on top of reading all the things and finding all the key dates.

So at the end of last year I offered a small group of school mums who I’m friends with and on a private WhatsApp chat, an update on all the important dates and notices for the rest of the term so they didn’t have to use any extra limited mental space to do so for themselves.

I then offered to keep doing this for term 1.

So this is my tip.
If you too have a group of school parents friends. you can either nominate one person to be in charge of this for each school term or you can set up a rotating roster. So only one person has to gather the relevant info and share it with the group and the rest can just refer to your brief list that’s all in one place and hopefully a smidge of the mental load is lightened and you all then get a chance to have a semi break from being the school info remember and gather

This year was a year of shedding, surrender, slowness and growth. Also, courage, learning, and some beautiful adventures and friends. It wasn’t what I had planned for or anticipated. It was harder in many ways but also soooo fabulous in others. But overall, I feel like the shedding and learnings that came of it have been precisely what I needed! Ready for the new energy of 2026 hontys! Slay! Werk! And very that energy, please! He he

A fellow high sensory sensitive gal, doula and yoga teacher, Georgia has so many beautiful ways of caring for mothers and parents in her tool box. She also just has brilliant vibes. I have only met Georgia in person once but feel like i have known her for ages. This is a quality I adore in humans and I’m sure she would make you feel the same. ✨

I’m super passionate about being able to offer nurture to all seasons and phases of life
So here is another new offering.

Again, here I’ll bring all three parts of how I nurture, doula support, cleaning care and Mary Poppins household PA for just a season of life. Think of it as a life re-set offering or mental or physical load refuel.
