As someone who is greatly effected by my environment, I can often slip into sensory overwhelm. And now that I understand I have the trait of high sensory sensitivity and I’m also a mum, I now know why I have always needed a calm visual anchor in a day, or at least every few days, in order to minimise sensory overload and overwhelm.
This tool has been my number one in supporting with this since before I even had kids.
