Mornings just hit differently in Australia.
There’s something about the light, the air, the way the day wakes up slowly… and invites you to do the same.

Spent the morning with a coastal walk, the birds doing their thing, and both of us just catching up on life. No rush, no pressure… just movement, sunshine, and good company.

Then we rolled straight into a Pilates class.
Reformer, deep breaths, slow burns, and those “oh yep, I feel that tomorrow” moments. Honestly, there’s nothing like warming up your body under an Aussie morning sky.

These are the routines that fill your cup.
Good friends. Good movement. Good energy.
The simplest things really do make the biggest difference.

One of the most underrated exercises for women 👇

The seated row isn’t just about building a strong back it’s about improving posture, supporting your core, and creating that confident, upright look.

• Keep your chest lifted, shoulders down
• Drive elbows back, not up
• Squeeze your shoulder blades together
• Control the release (no jerky movements!)

Consistency with this movement will help strengthen your back, support your lifts, and balance out all that forward posture from daily life 💻💪

After pregnancy, Chantelle was eating less, hoping it would help her lose weight but her body was holding onto it.

The contraceptive pill doesn’t “fix” hormonal issues it just masks them.

For years, so many of us have been told the pill is the solution to things like acne, painful periods, heavy bleeding or irregular cycles.
But what it actually does is suppress your natural hormones essentially putting your cycle on “mute.”

When you’re on the pill, you’re not having a real period.
You’re having a withdrawal bleed a response to stopping synthetic hormones for a few days to make it seem like a natural cycle.

And while the pill can absolutely have a time and place (and for some, it’s the right choice), I think it’s important that women understand what’s really happening in their bodies.

If you’ve ever come off the pill and felt your skin break out, your mood crash, or your cycle disappear that’s your body trying to re-regulate itself without the synthetic hormones.

Your hormones are meant to fluctuate that’s what gives you energy, stable moods, libido, and fertility.
When we suppress that natural rhythm long-term, it can take time (and support) to bring it back into balance.

Should I stop eating carbs after 6pm?
Let’s clear this one up 👇

Carbs after 6pm are NOT the reason you’re not seeing progress.
What actually matters is your total calorie intake, your food quality, and how consistent you are the other 23 hours of the day.

You can eat carbs at night and still lose fat, build muscle, and feel amazing as long as your overall intake and habits align with your goals.

If your results have stalled, it’s not the timing, it’s the inconsistency.

✨ If I could, I would do it all again. Our wedding was everything I dreamed of and more a moment I’ll carry in my heart forever.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to be a wife. Not just for the title, but for the love, the partnership, and the life shared with someone who truly feels like home. Waiting for the right person was worth every second, because choosing who you spend your life with is the most important decision you’ll ever make.
