Mornings just hit differently in Australia.
There’s something about the light, the air, the way the day wakes up slowly… and invites you to do the same.
Spent the morning with a coastal walk, the birds doing their thing, and both of us just catching up on life. No rush, no pressure… just movement, sunshine, and good company.
Then we rolled straight into a Pilates class.
Reformer, deep breaths, slow burns, and those “oh yep, I feel that tomorrow” moments. Honestly, there’s nothing like warming up your body under an Aussie morning sky.
These are the routines that fill your cup.
Good friends. Good movement. Good energy.
The simplest things really do make the biggest difference.
