Routine Care Now Permitted

We are pleased to announce that from October 22nd, all restrictions to making appointments with your Osteopath have been eased.

We thank everyone for their patience during this latest lock down and we look forward to welcoming everyone back who has delayed their treatment due to the restrictions.

Under the current restrictions (until Sept 2) we are limited to URGENT Appointments only. Routine care is not permitted. Any appointments made will be assessed for eligibility for a face to face appointment by a secure form sent by SMS the afternoon prior to your appointment.

Our lockdown restriction of only seeing urgent cases has now been lifted and we can return to seeing all patients for routine care.

Our floor repairs are complete and we will be spending today setting the clinic back up. For those that have appointments in the coming days we will be sending out a questionnaire with your appointment reminders to assess whether your appointment is urgent under the current lock down restrictions. Stage 4 Restrictions:
What that means for your appointment

Under Stage 4 restrictions, Osteopaths are only allowed to offer URGENT care for our patients. To comply with these restrictions and help all of our beloved Melbourne in reducing community transmission, we have instituted the following protocols for our appointments.

To minimise interactions with others, we are limiting our practice to 1 treating Osteopath at any time.

Appointments will only be able to be made 24hrs prior to the appointment time.

Your Osteopath will call you on the morning of your appointment, prior to your attendance onsite, to ask questions to determine if your condition is eligible for treatment under Stage 4 restrictions.

New patients can only attend if you are within a 5km radius of our Fitzroy clinic. If not, we can provide a recommendation to an Osteopath closer to your home.

Existing patients that live outside a 5km radius can attend URGENT care appointments. Please keep your booking confirmation with you when travelling to the clinic.

Due to the restrictions and our reduced hours we have suspended our cancellation policy and request if you are unsure if you can make your appointment to contact us as soon as possible.
