We regularly send out information to registered providers, including emails and letters about provider registration and audit requirements. These notices are addressed to the Key Personnel identified by each registered provider. If your contact details or Key Personnel have changed, you may be missing out on receiving important information, which could negatively impact your registration status.

If you're a registered provider, please take a minute to check that your contact and Key Personnel details are up to date in the Registered NDIS Provider Portal https://bit.ly/3XniHjS.
