Hello everyone,
PSN health now has capacity to take on 3 new participants for Level 2 support coordination in Melbourne (face to face) and other states (remote).
As a support coordination organisation, we are aware of the inconsistencies encountered by participants in the feild. To mitigate these we now offer
- Open access to case notes for all participants.
- Prescheduled check ins face2face, phone calls or emails as per participant preference (Frequencies may vary depending on budget)
- Access to a personalised secure folder with all your NDIS information (reports, plan, budget) to keep handy.
We welcome enquiries from participants that are seeking assistance with access to the NDIS. Additionally, our inbox is always open for participants that haven’t been funded for support coordination and seek guidance.
