Berries + Greens Shake:
• 1 cup frozen berries
• 1–2 cups spinach
• 2 cups coconut milk
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 2 heaping tbsp plant-based protein powder
Blend until smooth ✨
Favourite Green Shake:
• 3 cups spinach
• 1 cup frozen blueberries (or other berries/mango/papaya)
• 1 tbsp flax oil
• 1 tbsp maca powder
• 1 tbsp spirulina
• 1 cup almond milk
• 2 heaping tbsp plant-based protein powder
• 2 dates or a few drops of stevia
Blend until creamy 💚
