The Pico Laser was performed on this patient, who presented with melasma and Hori’s naevus, a type of pigment that appears as bluish-grey to brown patchy spots on the cheeks.

In Hori’s naevus, the pigment lies deeper in the dermis, making it unresponsive to topical treatments and requiring precise laser therapy. A Melasma protocol was performed, targeting both types of pigmentation while refining skin tone. A rejuvenation setting was also included to improve overall skin quality.
