TDR is inclusive in that our retreats cater for everyone! Whoever you are, whatever your body type is and no matter what your fitness experience may be!
We are here to defy the stereotypes that usually surround Yoga, Pilates and Wellness retreats.
We make sure to offer workouts that are not only suitable for all different levels of fitness, but that can be adapted to our clients’ needs. So whether you have never done Yoga or Pilates before, have an injurie or an ache, or whether you are pregnant or just had a baby, we are happy to have you onboard!
We want you, your besties, your families, your coworkers or maybe even your neighbours to come along!
Wherever you currently stand in regards to wellness, whether it’s just something you’re dabbling into or maybe you’ve been an adept for years…none of it matters to us!
