๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ณ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐. Should you have one? Diffusers have become popular around the world. But your not sure if you should have still?
๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ 8 ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ That might help you decide.
1. Safer Scents
Unlike candles or air fresheners, diffusers release molecules into the air that work to purify it, not overload it with unhealthy chemicals. Some act as a humidifier and you change oils for different scents and supports.
2. Stress Support
Many studies have shown diffusing essential oils support stress and big worries. With a world full of these but some out of our control who wouldnโt want to have something offering support on hand.
3. Support Sleep
Diffusing pure essential oils has relaxing properties that can support everyone for sleep. Using cedarwood, lavender and bergamot at night for me, helps me sleep more soundly. You can change the light colours on diffusers so they donโt interrupt sleep. The gentle hum might help you drift off too!
4. Support Appetite
Similar to bubble gum, diffusers can support our senses in a way to support our appetite. Try diffusing peppermint oil.
5. Cleanse the air
When essential oils are diffused, they break down free radicals that might contribute to the growth of harmful bacteria. Thieves, Eucalyptus, thyme and tea tree oil are some good ones for this purpose.
6. Wellness Support
Ever tried Vickโs Vapo-Rub? Some of its active ingredients come from the eucalyptus tree but some others arenโt as nice to our hormones and body. In principle, diffusers work in a similar way to the rub except they diffuse their oil into the air not on your chest or neck. Use the same oils diffused to make up a roller and apply to your chest and neck and replace your Vicks.
7. Bugs and Bites Support
There are great roller recipes for bug and bite support we can make but why not diffuse too and help stop them hanging around your home too. A winning combo:
Lemongrass, Lavender, Copaiba, Frankincense, Peppermint, Tea Tree
8. Muscle Tension Support
When we inhale essential oils, they enter our blood stream rapidly and can help internally support head tension, overworked muscles.
