or will do 'if'
or after this will happen, 'then'

A self commitment!

Hiding any of the three after 'I will' is still an expectation, in disguise.

Things needing to change in order for you to feel / have / do better, is disempowering and can set you up for an absence of whatever it is.

If you lack vulnerability, practice more of it.
Through trial, find balance that is specific and works for you.
It will nurture healthier, longer lasting relationships/connections with those in your life, and for those who pull away, it says more about them and their own willingness to connect with themselves... it may be time (for the time being) to be honest, accepting and acknowledging, without judgement, to what capacity you are willing to have them in your circle of shared life experience.

A different take on War & Peace.

Sometimes there are hidden gems within suffering and can be a catalyst for growth, although there is a fine line, as other times it can just wear a person down, and all it will take is one minor shift to turn it all around for the better...

Through increased awareness within the comminity, doing work on ourselves, asking for help or guidence before it gets too much, and paying it forward, supporting those when we have an ability to respond and CHOOSE to, perhaps we can win this war and find peace after all.

We live in a society that almost potrays people as being selfish when they put their oxygen mask on first when the plane looses cabin pressure...

Whether 30000ft in the sky or grounded down below, the more you can breath, the better you can time and choose what you do for others.

From a place of kindness and not pleasing in order to feel secure. To value yourself for who you are, not what you do. The closer you are to who you are, the more uninhibited you become to do what it is you do, for yourself... and for others.
Inspiring those around you to value the essence of who they are as well.

Simple, if you're not doing it, or it's not working, than it doesn't matter what it is... If you will stop eating that or drinking the shakes in 3months, stop waking up that early, or get bored with a particular routine... Search on. It is the one that you will not drop first chance you get and will keep at it in the long run, because it suits the best of you, is adaptable to you, that you then know you're onto something.

Might not be a fit for someone else... And that's OK.
The bulk of the results come from doing something... The what it is less so.

Time! When does it ever feel like there is any for us to take the time to give ourselves space and takes steps towards healing and adjusting patterns that's could better serve us...
If only we gave ourselves time, some of the time, then each time would become a little bit easier, as the benefits to healing appear to buy us more time, for ourselves and with the ones we love.

Once we have this practice feeling somewhat familiar, another step we can add is asking WHY do we feel like this. There is no good or bad, only information we can gather to help us learn the lessons pertained within our experiences. To better understand ourselves and embrace the life we live. Wherever you are, remind yourself... You are doing GREAT, to be able to have come this far and still be here, that only you can appreciate the full extent of.. You have more to give, and a lot more to recieve from the fruits of the work you are doing on yourself.

If you find yourself along this journey hating on parts of yourself or searching for things you have to change, you are no longer serving your being, only punishing and adding to the layers, covering what truly lies beneath.
Instead, use your increased sense of awareness to harness aspects of yourself that will nurture your growth, setting an intention of uncovering your true nature and liberating the potential stored within your sense of being.

It can be difficult at times to know when we are caught up in worry, or if we are being fed insight through our inner wisdom.

We can check in to see if the motivation feels more like an ultimatum 'if you do this, that will happen, if you don't do that, this will happen' VS 'a suggestion that a certain action may invite a certain outcome or response'.

Invitation implies choice, choice honours our free will, in turn further connecting us to the freedom that comes through honouring our wisdom, unshackling us from the restraint that worry places over us.
